The world is too big… but since you have to start somewhere, I do it starting from South America and more precisely from Peru.
From this point forward, this post will take on the guise of a classic cookbook, with:
- Recipe title
- Notes on history
- Ingredients list
- Recipe explanations
- Preparation times
- Degree of difficulty
- Presentation image
The degree of difficulty will be indicated as follows:
- Ѽ = very easy
- ѼѼ = easy
- ѼѼѼ = medium
- ѼѼѼѼ = difficult
I won’t go beyond “difficult”. Why should I make your life complicated? The idea is to entertain you and I don’t would be possible with a dish with a thousand difficulties!

It has been drunk since pre-Hispanic times, at the time of the Incas.
At children’s parties it is still the main drink. You can findn it in the bsupermarkets it is bottled and even soluble in sachets, despite the fact that it is a drink that most of the population prepares at home following the classic recipe. It is a healthy and natural drink that you can find everywhere in Peru.
